Administrative Assistant on an Innocence Project in Florida
July 1984 to February 1985
Ari Norman, PhD and Investigative Colleagues, Sarasota, FL
Provided Administrative Assistant work for Dr. Norman and colleagues as
they worked on behalf of prisoners on Florida's Death Row who had cases
that indicated strong evidence of their wrongful conviction and sentencing
to Death Row. I had occasion to type (from dictation and hand copy) from
8:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. in order to beat the deadline for appeal report
materials to be prepared appropriately to be hand carried by the
investigator through the night to reach another Florida city for the 10:30
a.m. Appeal Meeting. This caught the attention of the Medical Director who
offered me the above referenced job with him after he cleared this offer
with Dr. Norman.
