:LifeSafety Management (Fire Alarm/Sprinkler company), Greenacres, FL

Job duties include: dispatch, parts pulling and keeping of inventory,

customer service, scheduling of all service calls and assigning of techs,

coordination of new installations including permits, inspection reports,

filing, quotes for repairs, correspondence to local AHJ's. I started her

as accounts payable and collections before advancing to operations

coordinator. Software used is Microsoft word, excel, quick books pro and

custom software for tracking service calls.

Job duties included: Dispatch, emergency air package delivery, supervision

of drivers, handling of escalated customer concerns which could not be
