I joined Deutsche Telekom UK as a Senior International Procurement Manager
and my role enabled me to deliver best in class strategic sourcing and an
aggressive supplier management capability which consolidated the DT's
global IT/IS category's purchasing volumes, achieving best in class vendor
discounts, and providing maximum operating flexibility for the DT Group.
In addition I am now also involved in strategic sourcing exercises across a
broad range of categories within the UK business which include, HR,
Indirect and the Professional Services categories
To date I have been involved in sourcing strategies and procurement
management across the EU region of highly innovative technology products in
close cooperation with DT Group's internal departments of various European
NatCos (subsidiaries) maximising development agility and driving fastest
time to market.

The client is UK's premiere Postal Services Company. Accenture was
approached to transform the client's existing technical infrastructure
into a world class fully integrated chassis based network.
My role was to take a set of architecture principles and turn them
into the first set of technical requirements that were used as a
starting point for the final deliverable in liaison with key stake
holders from Accenture and the client.
. Leading Capital Bank:
The client is one of the world's leading banks with an annual spend of
approx. 2.8b, Accenture was approached to deliver significant cost
savings on the addressable spend across various work streams within
the company.
My role was working within a team to assess to current spend in the IT
domain and propose how these savings can be delivered using
Accenture's Strategic Partnerships.
. Government:
Assessing the performance of the Government's initiative of delivering
sustainable procurement across multiple Government organizations.
My role included assessing their progress on sustainable procurement
on a predefined criteria it involved conducting structured interviews
with key stake holders and analysis of the interviews, contract
reviews and researching case studies.

The client is one of Ireland's premiere electricity producing company.
Accenture was approached to redefine the company's Project Methodology
and management processes.
My role involved process mapping Accenture's recommendations and then
