Prior experience includes Assistant Director at Chapman College for five years, gave presentations to the
community, recruited students and general staff, reviewed resumes, active in the Chamber of Commerce, budget
responsibilities, created schedules, responsible for planning and promotion, enrolled students, tracked progress and
assessed outcomes, hired and trained staff, organized first graduation ceremony for University in Antelope Valley.
Served as Director of three departments at San Joaquin Valley College, Interim Director of International Education
and Director of Teacher Recruitment at California State University, Bakersfield. Served as Dean of Students at San
Joaquin Valley College. Supervised staff, interviewed, hired and trained staff, performance reviews, counseled
