exceeding bank expectations and marketing an increasing volume of repossessions.

Dealer Sales Department: Established a new sales approach within the auction by designing an
i nside/outside ter ri tory approach which increased customer relationships and developed accounts.
I ncreased personnel by 100% to 12 total employees. Recruited staff, coached and developed pay plans
t hat would allow individual growth based on personal accountability.
Selected Achievements
• 2010 increased dealer sales by 20% in a market where the corporation was down 8% overall in
dealer account sales. This was an overall increase of 16,000 cars sold.
• 2011 increased dealer sales by 34% with increased focus and t raining along with a strong
accountability to company focus.
Operations Department: Recruited and supervised 300 employee work force that included temporary
d rivers and management. Changed structure to allow Operations manager to have supervisors that
were accountable for individual areas/quadrants. Developed a process for baseline management of
routes of vans that allowed for accountabili ty and decreased costs by $300K year over year.

• Installed 4.75 hour shifts for temporary drivers that allowed
company to have 1 less break and lunch within the shift. This increased efficiency and decreased
