. Managed a total of 725,000 square feet of call center space in several

metropolitan areas. Specific responsibilities include management of

mail services and facilities maintenance, supervision of office staff,

commercial contractors and vendors (landscaping, plumbing, electrical,

HVAC, roofing, and janitorial contractors). Preparation of

construction, service and vendor contracts, internal and vendor change

orders. 24/7 Regional Infrastructure Support. Managed a team of 4

Facilities managers. Responsible for Data Center infrastructure and

maintaining uptime SLA's to ensure business performance of the sites.

Additionally coordinated all data center projects and maintenance thru
