Work History

10/08-present Maintenance Manager, Mizkan Inc.

Accountable for all aspects of maintenance regarding the operation of

2 production lines, 4 wine/ vinegar fermenters, 4 vinegar

acetator's, 2 drum filling lines, and all auxiliary equipment.

Essential functions include troubleshooting and repair of

equipment; supervise maintenance personnel including the

administration of the progressive disciplinary program

consistent with policies; perform all maintenance tasks, that

technicians were unable to perform, while following the company

safety procedures; utilize supplied computer system to perform

certain job duties; participating in annual and probationary

performance reviews; maintain a clean, organized and safe work

area; maintain effective communication with the facility manager

through conversations, reports and meetings. Performed any/ all

PLC programming/ troubleshooting for the facility. Assisted in

implementing new programs, line modifications, and repairs that

enabled the production line to go from a 36% operating

efficiency to 102% efficiency, along with reducing manning on

the production line from 9 people to 6, in an 8 month period.

Responsible for organizing, facilitating and maintaining plastic

bottle production lines. Also accountable for the operation of

four production shifts, warehouse operations, and Maintenance

Department. Essential functions include troubleshooting and

repair equipment; supervise production personnel including the

consistent with policies; perform all production tasks while

following the procedures; utilize supplied computer system to

Perform planned, preventative maintenance and emergency repairs

Supervise a warehouse consisting of 20+ people. Oversee the

daily pick-up routes, sorting, bailing, storage, and disposal of

papers, plastics, metals, and hazardous materials within the

recycling center to ensure maximum safety and efficiency at all

times. Conduct training on the proper/safe operation of all

machinery.

11/00-6/01 Engineroom Operator, USS J.F. Kennedy (CV-67)

Operated and maintained 1200psi steam boilers, turbines and

reduction gears used for ships propulsion, generators, pumps and

oil purifiers. Maintained auxiliary machinery outside of main

machinery spaces; electro-hydraulic steering engines, elevators,

refrigeration plants, air conditioning systems, and

desalinization plants.

Supply/ Repair Parts Manager

Responsible for the research, purchase, tracking, receiving,

storage, and inventory of all maintenance and consumable items

involved in maintaining a main engine room.

7/00-11/00 Utility Craft Engineer, Harbor Operations, Norfolk, VA

Ensured the proper operation, maintenance, and cleanliness of

three YTL-32 (single 12 cylinder Cummings diesel engine), two MK-

8 (twin 6 cylinder Cummings diesel engines) class utility boats,
