10/08-present Maintenance Manager, Mizkan Inc.
Accountable for all aspects of maintenance regarding the operation of
2 production lines, 4 wine/ vinegar fermenters, 4 vinegar
acetator's, 2 drum filling lines, and all auxiliary equipment.
Essential functions include troubleshooting and repair of
equipment; supervise maintenance personnel including the
administration of the progressive disciplinary program
consistent with policies; perform all maintenance tasks, that
technicians were unable to perform, while following the company
safety procedures; utilize supplied computer system to perform
certain job duties; participating in annual and probationary
performance reviews; maintain a clean, organized and safe work
area; maintain effective communication with the facility manager
through conversations, reports and meetings. Performed any/ all
PLC programming/ troubleshooting for the facility. Assisted in
implementing new programs, line modifications, and repairs that
enabled the production line to go from a 36% operating
efficiency to 102% efficiency, along with reducing manning on

Operated and maintained 1200psi steam boilers, turbines and
reduction gears used for ships propulsion, generators, pumps and
oil purifiers. Maintained auxiliary machinery outside of main
machinery spaces; electro-hydraulic steering engines, elevators,
refrigeration plants, air conditioning systems, and
desalinization plants.
