ADMINISTRATION
. Cultivated and maintained several partnerships with local schools,

programming.
. Created and managed a budget of over $200,000 for all children and
youth programs at Paul's Place, Inc., a non-profit outreach center in
southwest Baltimore City.
. Hired and supervised over one dozen direct-service staff to implement
after-school and summer programs.
. Supervised program staff by providing direction, feedback, and regular
staff development opportunities including an employee evaluation
process.
. Researched best-practices and results-based curricula to ensure
program growth and sustainability.
PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
. Expanded programs from 2 to currently 8 after-school and summer
children and youth programs at Paul's Place, Inc. with a total of over
150 students enrolled annually.
. Developed long-term goals and strategies using logic models to
identify desired outcomes for the programs.
. Built and implemented a program evaluation framework including ETO
(Efforts to Outcomes) software.
. Oversaw the collection and maintenance of data in ETO software used
for evaluative purposes, such as monitoring the effectiveness of
programs by tracking desired outcomes for participants.
. Created relevant reports to reflect the status of program goals.
. Worked with the Program Development Team to comply and report on
foundation and other grant award requirements.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
. Created a Youth Leadership Curriculum in 10 months as a collaborative
effort for use with at-risk students in Chicago through Chicago Cities
In Schools.
. Acquired funding and sponsorships for a city-wide teen drug-free event
with over 600 attendees.
. Instituted and oversaw all details of the first annual "Family Fun
Day" at Genesee Valley Outdoor Learning Center.
. Co-lead 2 Habitat for Humanity Alternative Spring Break trips for
college students at Penn State University.
