Title Analyst, Axia Land Services (Arlington, TX)
-Worked on an assignment in one West Texas county. Daily duties
included examining title only for the potential Lessors we were
currently in contact with (in courthouse) for potential issues by
completing abstracts from sovereignty to present in the Permian Basin,
including verification of chain of title (surface & mineral when
applicable), court judgment record, pending cases, liens, loans, plats
& surveys, easements, restrictions, real estate taxes, and assessor's
records, identifying and obtaining pertinent copies and completing a
report/summary for each.

Landman, Cimmaron Field Services (Fort Worth, TX)
-Worked on a short term assignment in their West Texas field office.
Daily duties included examining title for an entire assigned section
for potential issues by completing abstracts from sovereignty to
present in the Permian Basin, including verification of chain of title
(surface & mineral when applicable), court judgment record, pending
cases, liens, loans, plats & surveys, easements, restrictions, real
estate taxes, and assessor's records, identifying and obtaining
pertinent copies and completing a report/summary for each.
April 2008 - September 2010
Area Landman, Twin Cities Development (Shreveport, LA)
-Worked in Caddo (Shreveport, LA), Bossier, and Desoto (Mansfield, LA)
parishes. Duties included the many facets of leasing, mineral and
surface take-offs, lease checks, ownership reports, mineral title and
surface title from patent to present. Later promoted to train and
accompany junior landmen out in the field and lease analysis before
final submittal.

September - December 2007
Multimedia Specialist, Summit Interactive (Shreveport, LA)
-Completed projects using graphic design, web design, and video
production skills. Build and test CD, DVD-ROM disks, and interactive
videos. Updated and maintained the company's websites. Created
graphics and images for projects in the videos, project templates,
splash pages, and other tasks as assigned by management.
August - September 2007
Sales Security Consultant, Brinks Home Security (Euless, TX)
-Sold residential burglar, fire, and medical emergency alarm systems
and security monitoring services to individuals by: Contacting
prospective customers through company-generated leads and different
types of self-generated leads, examined customer's home and
recommended security system to meet their needs, scheduled the
installation of equipment and completed all necessary contractual
paperwork, explained operation of the security system before
installation, met individual and contributed toward departmental sales
goals and standards, and other duties as assigned by management.
