Job Profile:

. Receive off us, on us, DCC and CUP retrieval/ chargeback cases through an application software 'Omni pay', Fax/ Courier and a web

based access 'Planet Payment' and 'China Dispute Resolution System' (CDRS) respectively.

. Analysis of customer dispute letters, affidavit of fraud and other documents received from Issuing Banks based in various countries.

. Identifying technical reason codes as per MasterCard / VISA rules & regulations whereby rights are available for initiating suitable action.

. Contacting merchants and retrieving valid supporting documents pertaining to the relevant Reason code.

. Analyzing, scrutinizing and evaluating the documents received from the merchants according to the guidelines laid by MasterCard and

VISA and then representing the chargeback case back to the Issuing Bank through Master Com or VROL.

. Tracking all such cases for which actions have been initiated within Time frame as specified by MasterCard and VISA rules & regulations

in Chargeback/Retrieval Tracking system and Representment Tracking system through MIS.

. Raising Good Faith attempts for our merchants to recover the lost money from the Issuing Banks.

. Handling 2nd Chargeback cases and raising Pre Arbitration if necessary otherwise evaluate and pass the judgement in favour of either

parties Merchant or the Cardholder.

. Handling a team of six members for Australia portfolio.

. Attending calls from the clients as well the merchant queries.
