Duties: Serve as an EOD Equipment Specialist in the U.S.
Munitions Team. Provide support to assigned projects through
participation in "Integrated Project Teams". Develop contract
requirements for source data, test hardware, training aids and
unique tools required for EOD support of these newly developed
munitions. Participate in design audits to ensure EOD
requirements are addressed in the design process. Prepare EOD
Publications in accordance with Joint Service Standards to
support first movements and material release of the new
munitions. Coordinate EOD Validation/Verification Procedures
(RSP and Demo) Testing with ARDEC-EOD military and Joint Service
Military Technical Advisory Board. Review for technical
accuracy, firing circuit analysis and bleed down times submitted
by munitions developers. Review bleed down test plans and
witness testing to ensure it meets EOD requirements and to
develop EOD wait times respectively. Write Technical Information
and Munitions Data Requirements Publications and submit them to
NAVTECHEOD as source documents for 60 series publications.
