the company, incorporated them and established entire company books from
scratch. Prepared documentation for 5 investor rounds of financing. As the
company grew, handled expansion to 27 clients, 40 vendors and up to 50
different investors, including 4 NYS Capco investors.
. Reported directly to the CEO or President and, at times, a CFO.
. Led a staff of 15 and managed both Finance and Accounting Departments.
. Prepared annual budget and mid year reforecast for every department
including Sales, Technology, Vendor Relations, Call Center, Ecommerce,

reporting to board members and annual financial preparation for audit.

all employee stock purchases and maintained stock ledger.

. Provided financial revenue and expense estimates for home video sales

. Budgeting process performed included sales projections, factoring in
expected price drops, calculating the duplication and shipping charges
