. Risk Manager. Partnered with legal and compliance departments to
design and implement vendor risk management programs in accordance
with the Strategic, Reputation, Transaction, Compliance and Credit
Risks described in OCC and FDIC regulations for safeguarding customer
information, and GLBA provisions implemented by 12 CFR Part 40. Led
team of contract negotiators to perform risk assessments of 170
strategic vendors, which resulted in the identification and mitigation
of 135 compliance risks for 80 vendors.
V.P. & Commodity Strategic Planner (2005-2006)
Promoted to manage planning and analysis segment of a 2 year, $580M bank-
wide vendor spend management program. Planned and conducted bi-weekly
steering committee meetings.
. Team Leader. Led team of financial analyst, business analyst and
software developer to create vendor spend database. Partnered with
financial analyst to categorize and analyze vendor spend, and develop
spend metrics and cost per unit ratios for each commodity category.
Created and delivered key bi-weekly reports to executive steering
committee.
. Strategic Planner. Partnered with 22 senior managers over 2 years to
establish commodity category spend targets and create commodity-
specific sourcing strategies for negotiated cost reduction and cost
avoidance through demand management. Conducted 67 spend reduction
