Office Manager

Organization: Ensure systems and processes run effectively and to ensure

daily operations and client contact is in line with the corporate vision

and mission.

Customer Service: Maintain client and vendor relationships to ensure

efficient and excellent customer service.

Human Resources: Handle employee's issues and/or concerns within the HR

Department. Utilize Quickbooks Online to process payroll within the

guidelines of Federal and State employment laws using Quickbooks Online.

Human Resources: Interviewing, hiring, evaluating and terminating

personnel. Ensuring all personnel meet the requirements of the Department

of Children and Families as directed by the Florida Child Care Code.

Finance: Collecting child care fees on a weekly basis, entering data into

the child care tracking system (ProCare) and posting all charges and

payments into this system. Responsible for all accounts payables and

receivables.

Compliance: Managing daily attendance reports for all classes within the

center from ages one year to school age children. Maintaining and

submitting monthly roster reports to all licensing and accrediting

agencies.

Training: Attend all trainings and meetings related to effective

management of a child care center in the State of Florida.

Independent Living Resource Center of NE Florida - Non-Profit (10/2004 to

03/2010) JACKSONVILLE

Director of Programs and Services

Organization: Support the mission of the organization; promote the Four

Core Services according to the State Plan for Independent Living; provide

services that assist individuals with disabilities in living productive and

independent lives within their community and educate the public on

disability related issues.

Management: Manage a staff of 3 Program Managers and 9 Program Coordinators
