. Lead the new pay system implementation for direct employees.

which include: Central WHS, Laminations, Cutting and Molding facilities.

. Improve and consolidate supply chain to impact schedule

night 4X4 shifts. Supplier of 5 plants (distributed in 3 localizations:

objectives and KPIs.

Achievements:

. Improvement of plant efficiency from 70% to 90% in the first year

of managing this facility and working towards to achieve goal of

96% for 2008.

. Plant growth from 250 to 450 employees

. Reduction of quality complaints and high percentage of rejection at the

customers' facilities (Sewing) from an average of 25K DPM to 7.5K DPM.

. Leader of the yearly budget setting and its roll out throughout

management levels.

Sewing Quality Manager

Manage quality of the plant, integrate functions in the total system and

maintain best possible quality programs at the least cost. Monitors

adherence to plant quality system and will be a driving force in

improving cost of quality metrics like eliminating internal defects,

customer returns and scrap, DPM's, WIP, % shorts & % Irregulars garments

and Cost. Analyze quality data and initiate root cause and corrective

action efforts to eliminate assignable causes that affect quality of the

product. Lead new styles start up, establishing critical and special

sewing operations.
