. Improvement of plant efficiency from 70% to 90% in the first year
of managing this facility and working towards to achieve goal of
96% for 2008.
. Plant growth from 250 to 450 employees
. Reduction of quality complaints and high percentage of rejection at the
customers' facilities (Sewing) from an average of 25K DPM to 7.5K DPM.
. Leader of the yearly budget setting and its roll out throughout
