-Evaluated ground conditions, existing site conditions, and undocumented utilities, to provide customer with comprehensive cost to

establish proposed grades, utilities, and SWPP requirements for projects.

-Provided detailed value engineering proposals to Engineers, General Contractor and Owners resulting in project cost savings.

-Bid several projects concurrently completing cost estimates by deadline.

-Projects Ranged from $15K to $7.2 million and included Home Depot, Target, Wal-Mart, and Lowes

-Accountable for securing all Vendor Cost Quotes, Subcontractor Quotes, and Permitting Costs then qualifying.

-Detailed qualification forms provided information to whom to award contracts to.

-Operated on an Overhead and Profit Margin of 35% above hard costs, market fluctuation dealt with by establishing efficiency quotient for

field personnel.
