Chief Financial Officer - Reported to the President and CEO

Hired to restructure and modernize the finance organization. Created a

high performance finance team; completed a full accounting system

conversion; transformed outdated processes and procedures; implemented an

ERP system and introduced state of the art data analytical tools for more
