one hull,Collaborate with Design and Q.A. departments in

order to avoid and eradicate any misfit or unconformity

which may arise in production process, In charge of

procurement of all materials needed in workshop, In charge

with annual investment of workshop.

Main activities and Controlling the operation of the ship and care for

responsibilities persons on board,Marine engineering, Electrical,Electronic

and Control Engineering, Maintenance and repairs

Shipbuilding & Repairs

Divide production schedule in operational charts per

products, parts, and work teams. Issues work orders.

Modifies work operations order as specified in production

schedule in justified cases with respect to contractual

deadlines.

Distribute production jobs and technical documentation to

its work teams, engineers, foreman's and making sure that

it is a full loading distribution as per each work team

execution capacity.

Supervise works organization corresponding to each job

assigned and the procurement of all materials needed to

accomplish each job.

Collaborate with Design and Q.A. departments in order to

avoid and eradicate any misfit or unconformity which may

arise in production process.

Make sure that work safety courses are carried out

periodically and take all the necessary measures to endow

its workers with safety specific equipment.

In charge of production schedule fulfillment with respect

to all of its parameters and deadlines.
