To whom it may concern,
I am a lead analyst in the QC Microbiology Department at Amylin
Pharmaceuticals. I am responsible for tracking and trending data collected
by EM technicians, establishing and revising SOPs, as well as,
troubleshooting and risk analysis. I meet with key stakeholders to discuss
negative trends and ways to ensure that all classified areas remain in a
state of control.
I maintain knowledge of the current regulatory environment, cGMPs, FDA
policies and current industry trends to keep up to date on practices for
site inspections and provide direction and leadership to assure compliance
with quality regulations. I possess strong independent and analytical
thinking skills and I demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively
with upper management on microbiological issues. I have the capability to
lead and drive investigations of microbiological failures to ensure root
causes are identified and documented to ensure compliance and corrective
and preventative actions are effective.
I am responsible for training and cross-training employees, in various
functions, throughout the company. I ensure that all employees have a
clear understanding of their job duties and can execute those functions
appropriately. I have completed a Facilitative Leadership class and
subsequent follow up classes to increase my leadership skills. I am
proactive in my professional development pertaining to the industry.
I am confident that my skills and experience will be an asset to your
company. I am looking forward to the opportunity to further discuss my
qualifications with you in person. Please contact me at 513-***-**** to
arrange a time to meet. Thank you in advance.
Sincerely,
Heather Scott
