University of New Orleans with over 12 years of experience in technical and
managerial leadership in academia, research, food safety, customer service,
regulatory and compliance. Mr. McNeil has effectively managed several food
safety development interventions and is very familiar with the modus
operandi of key development processes . His knowledge has been enhanced
with the participation of several food safety programs in the Caribbean,
USA, Canada and Europe .
