Work History

CLERK II (Quality Enhancement dept. /Settlement Agreement Dept) PRESENT

(AUSTIN STATE SUPPORTED LIVING

CENTER)

Recieves all incoming calls to Settlement Agreement Coordinator (SAC) and

related staff. Triages callers to appropriate SAC office extension and

returns all calls left on voice mail. Forwards all messages for the SAC

either electronically or manually. Creates or edits documents within

deadline, copies & scans documents according to guidlines. Manages shared

drive files to keep documents organized as needed. Enters accurately data

into EXCEL spreadsheets and ACCESS Databases. Checks documents and

reports submitted to dept. for consistency and accuracy. Files submitted

documents into files per established procedures. Takes minutes of Quality

Assurance/Quality Improvement (QA/QI) meetings, prepares draft of minutes,

and provides to the dept. for review and editing. Schedules meetings and

makes room reservations for Monitoring Team Visits (State Office). Orders

office and meeting supplies for SAC and related staff.. Reserves meeting

rooms and creates schedules with agenda's when directed by the SAC. Orders

office supplies and maintains office supply inventory. Serves as the

Director of the Austin State Supported Living Center Administrative

manuals, vouchers, records, and other related forms. Assembles, organizes,

and tabulates data and performs calculations; may prepare charts, graphs,

and tables. Work under supervision of the Director and Assistance

Director. Enters updates and retrieves information using multiple systems

and database for client use for two State Living Center's campus.

Conduct new hire training classes with new hiring staff. Assists in

reviewing the effectiveness of staff development and recommending
