Recieves all incoming calls to Settlement Agreement Coordinator (SAC) and
related staff. Triages callers to appropriate SAC office extension and
returns all calls left on voice mail. Forwards all messages for the SAC
either electronically or manually. Creates or edits documents within
deadline, copies & scans documents according to guidlines. Manages shared
drive files to keep documents organized as needed. Enters accurately data
into EXCEL spreadsheets and ACCESS Databases. Checks documents and
reports submitted to dept. for consistency and accuracy. Files submitted
documents into files per established procedures. Takes minutes of Quality
Assurance/Quality Improvement (QA/QI) meetings, prepares draft of minutes,
