Managed Demo Evaluation Programs within Marketing. Served as key
coordination point for demo equipment requests that were used by Marketing
reps, ISV & IHV Partners. Worked closely with Marketing, Finance and
Manufacturing to manage equipment requests, purchasing equipment, in
addition to processing loans and returns.
Demo Equipment Operations, 2004-2006
Served as manufacturing focal person for testing, tracking and shipment of
all TMS demo computer equipment. Responsible for all inventory and
reporting transactions for the TMS inventories in Oracle ERP. Acted as
interface between TMS and manufacturing as it relates to expedites and
special system configuration needs. Packaged hardward equipment and shipped
products using various carrier services. UPS, FEDX and other ground & air

within the factory. Managed order issues with Order Administration and
production groups to maintain production flows. Worked with engineering and
production groups on key part shortages or part compliance issues. Helped

of BOM and build flows. Set up shipping information prior to product
shipping from factory.
Inventory Control Analyst, Shipping & Receiving 1993-1997
Managed Inventory Control program for Finished Goods. Provided weekly
status reporting to management. Maintained 90% inventory accuracy.
Initiated closed loop corrective action to prevent material shortages to
sales orders. Packaged material for shipments obtaining weight, size and
