Presently working as an Expeditor for the Hopkins Access Line, a 24 hour, 365 day a year consultation service for
Physicians helping to facilitate inbound/outbound patient transfers. Duties include, but are not limited to
conferencing physicians for medical advice or elective/emergent transfers, securing beds for patients, insurance
clearance, once a bed is secured we assist referring hospitals with transportation (ground/flight). Detailed and
accurate record keeping is both essential and mandatory. Knowledge of medical terminology is a must, in addition
to the need to multi task. Access to the electronic patient records (EPR) to help maintain a patient database in
EXCEL. Responsible for generating a medical record number report for all incoming and existing patients. We
facilitate transfers from hospitals in the Baltimore Metropolitan area, the United States and abroad.

I devoted 10 to 50 hours per month in both the Deaf and hearing Community. Volunteering includes weekly visits to
the Deaf and hearing either to provide lessons to help them better understand the bible, or at times accompanying
the deaf to various appointments to interpret.
