. Developed custom PTO accrual plan that stores the accrued vacation

that an employee is eligible for the beginning of the next fiscal year

and end dates prior vacation accrual element.

. Created custom fast formulas and 5 custom functions (and package) to

move the accrued vacation over to the primary PTO accrual plan that

stores absences and vacations.

. Worked with the HR Managers to determine the logic for the custom fast

formulas and accrual process.

. Open Enrollment support and troubleshooting errors/issues employees

were receiving throughout open and providing metrics on how many

employees accessed the system.

. Developed a Time and Labor Time Entry rule to determine if an employee

has a shift entry on their statutory information if they choose Shift

as an hours type on their timecard.

. OTL ongoing support for issues that employees are receiving when they

submit their timecards. Opening SRs with Oracle and troubleshooting

the problems, and analyzing the setup between instances.

. Another Time Entry Rule was created to determine if hours worked a

week exceeds the number of regular hours plus absence hours. Since no

hours are stored in the database until saved or submitted, created

custom process to pass the timecard values to a temp table for further

processing by the calling fast formulas.

. Wrote XML reports for total absences each employee has taken by

department and a timecard summary report listing out all time entry

for a given week.

. Developed reports for how much vacation each employee is entitled and

what they have taken at the end of the year.

. Payroll element analysis to determine if conversion efforts were

successful and to recognize patterns in what should have been

converted and not.

. Created script to give part time employees a specific pay grade that

was omitted during conversion but is needed for benefits eligibility.

. Setup Absence Management and Time and Labor configuration in

production and all other environments.

. Created a Child Education PTO Accrual plan that is similar to the

other employees, but instead or on an academic year instead of a

fiscal year as the rest of the company.
