. As a Lean Champion, conducted workshops for 5S, Value Stream Mapping &
Pull system
to eliminate muda in terms of inventory, manpower, and unnecessary
process steps which helped increased plant productivity and reduced
cycle time and saved 1.2 million dollars in 54 months.
. As a Quality Manager trained over 300 personnel in Quality tools.
. As a Supplier Development manager worked with the high impact supplier
($20 million) and improved Supplier RPPM by 81%, closed all pending
open corrective actions (since 2008) and improved the response time of
8D from 2-3 months to 14 days.
