-Responsible for the full scope of the commercialization to production

process for new footwear product development to ensure successful high

volume manufacture of footwear.

-Responsible for judgment and strategy decisions that result in revenue

gain or loss for the company.

-Responsible for strategic product design, cost, material and function

decisions prior to footwear product going to high volume manufacture.

-Working on shoe projects related to 3 brands in company: Columbia, Sorel

and Mantrail including Snowboard boot, hiking shoes, casual shoes, fashion

boots, sandal shoes, trial running shoes, Vulcanized fall/winter boots,

Vulcanized spring/summer shoes, etc.

-Directly supervise the work of three developers in China.

-During Nov.2008-Jun.2009, working in Portland HQ of Columbia Sportswear

Company as the footwear developer (level 3, project manager). Responsible

for assigned shoe projects from first prototype to T4. Daily job was

working with PLM, designer and all of relative team to decide the projects
