Employment History:
As a Trainer/Mentor with Combined Security Transition Command (CSTC-A),
Kandahar, Afghanistan (September 2009 - May 2010), worked as
Trainer/Mentor for the Combined Security Transition Command- Afghanistan
(CSTC- A) in support of the New Equipment Training (NET) program for the
fielding of Up-Armored High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles
(HMMWV)(UAH) systems to the Afghan National Army(ANA). Trained ANA on the
M1025, M1151 and M1152 HMMWV. Training covered the gamut from operator
training to situational training exercises (STX) and live-fire exercises
(LFX). Logistics expertise was sought out for any and all Logistics
matters concerning the fielding processes, guidelines and procedures.
As a Team Lead (Logistics) Strategic Institutional Facilitator with MPRI,
Habbaniyah, Iraq (September 2008 - September 2009), was the Principle
Advisor to the SIF Site Chief on all matters pertaining to the operation of
the Wing's Logistical training posture and team members. Responsible for
the daily management of the Wings' activities (work load prioritizing).
Ensures that Wing team members have daily coordination and training
interactions with the Coalition Forces (CF) and the Iraqi Security Forces
(ISF). Ensured that all Wing team members coach and mentor the ISF
trainers, leaders, and commanders on training programs - and build
Individual, Squad, Platoon and Company level collective tasks and
battlefield task. Ensured that Wing team members provide "train to
trainer" instruction for individual and collective training - while
assessing and providing feedback for ongoing training readiness. Assisted
the ISF Location Command to generate a trained force that will "Sustain"
operations. Ensured that all Lesson Plans and Programs of Instruction are
aligned with the current Statement of Work mandates and training
requirements. Responsible for training enablers to ensure the growth of
the ISF training professionals. Performed Performance Counseling input to

As a General Yardmaster with Norfolk Southern Corporation, Winston Salem,
NC (October 2007 - September 2008), was responsible for the daily rail
operations at the Winston Yard. Ensured that customer freight was
inventoried and delivered by yard crews in a timely manner. Responsible
for the safety of all crew members while in performance of their daily
duties. Prepared several company tracking documents for processing. Made
operational decisions that could affect the operations of the entire
Virginia Division. Supervised 3 three-man yard crews. Managed the entire
rail operation to include facilities, property and the day to day security
and maintenance of the rail yard. Ensured that all scheduled maintenance
was adhered to by coordinating the transport of needed equipment to its

As a Logistics Analyst/Material Handler, XVIII ABN CORPS, U.S. Army, Fort
Bragg (May 2006 - September 2007), was responsible for analyzing,
overseeing and directing the lateral movement of property. Responsible for
the Chief of Staff Army Supply Excellence Award Program for the XVIII ABC
Corps. Worked daily with CAVERS and PBUSE supply accountability and
tracking systems. Responsible for ensuring that all FORSCOM directives for
movement of property were adhered to. Subject Matter Expert for the
movement/placement of property for Hurricane Support Missions.
As a Battalion Logistics Non-Commissioned Officer, U.S. Army, Fort Bragg
(November 2003 - May 2006), was responsible for the receipt, turn-in, issue
and accountability of property and equipment for the Battalion. Provided
logistical advice, support and technical assistance to four subordinate
units. Ensured proper posting of property book transactions for items
purchased using the Government Purchase Card (I.M.P.C). Government
purchaser for tactical and survival equipment used in support of Operation
Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freed (OIF/OEF). Observer, Controller and
Trainer (OC/T) for over 6000 mobilized reservist, in support of OIF/OEF.
Daily coordination with GSA, the tactical fleet manager for the Battalion,
Budget manager and the Battalion Environment compliance NCO.
As a Property Book, Non-Commissioned Officer, XVIII ABN CORPS, U.S. Army,
Fort Bragg (Aug 2003 - Oct 2003), Managed property and equipment for 32
subordinate Field Artillery units. Coordinated with vendors for obtaining
equipment, office furniture and materials. Performed follow-up with PR & C
Area II PBO for requesting equipment to Corps. Conducted inventory for
excess, unserviceable equipment and prepare documentation for eventual turn-
in and repair. Monitored and oversaw the Protecting and Controlling
proprietary Material process. Collaborated with other departments as
necessary to meet customer requirements. Managed property deployed with
