accidents/near misses along with analysis of the JSA (Job Safety
Analysis). Ensured compliance of OSHA regulations by coordinating all
required employee training and scheduling timely inspections of a BWC
consultant and supervised corrective action. Organized and
facilitated a Safety Committee to address safety concerns. These
efforts were instrumental in the plant achieving a reduction in the
injury incident rate for three consecutive years of 2002, 2003, &
2004.
