Key Achievements: Took over a department that was challenged with high
employee turnover, poor productivity and outdated processes. Utilized
effective leadership skills eliminating high turnover which reduced annual
expenses. Clermont, Florida Item Processing Center consolidated into the
Birmingham, Alabama IP center which produced significant annual savings.
Successfully converted eighty percent of Alabama National BanCorp's ten
community banks to remote capture (bank was acquired before project
