of Transportation and Installation of product. I was laid off due to lack of business and took this

employees. Met or beat capital expense budget each year. Responsible for assessing training

needs and implementing a development program for production teams. Interviewing and hiring

at all levels within the organization. I also help facilitate moving production to Mexico.
