As a member of the Senior Management Team, I am one of seven members to oversee operations at the RLDD
Aseptic Drug Manufacturing Site. I have been influential in leading the technical aspects at this 24/7/365
p roduction facility. I interact daily in production planning, budget issues, facility planning and operations along
w ith aspects of Quality Control.
Over the past three years, expansion has been part of our portfolio, as we added 75% capacity and a portfolio of
new products from the Bio-Science Division. This expansion, with an International customer base, has had
complexities with the packaging and labeling features, manufacturing process, handling and storage
requirements. In addition, simultaneously, RLDD continues to have an expanding molecule base in the Non-
Cefozopran area with a 20% Capacity expansion.
Responsibilities and Accomplishments:
Increased dramatically the efficiency and productivity of my staff of electrical / software, IT and
mechanical engineering personal along with my multiple project teams directing a portfolio of over 150
p rojects with a composite value of over 55 million dollars.
Int roduced the Lean Manufacturing management to RLDD to remove the “ silo “ manufacturing culture
and integrated engineering, manufacturing, quality and management to pinpoint nagging historic
p roblems to successful conclusions.
Being an influential member of the Baxter Bio-Science leadership team, I devised a strategic plan to
penetrate worldwide markets with a multi faceted manufacturing solution. In June 2010 I made a
p resentation of my solution to the C.E.O, and Division Presidents.
A member of the Molecule Development Team as the manufacturing expert in executive bi-weekly
status meetings working with representation from CHINA, EUROPE and I NDIA while t raveling to
B russels, Lucerne, and Vienna.
I energized the defunct Value Improvement Program with a series of projects driven through employee
i nvolvement. This program has over 80 active projects with a yearly savings value of 3.7 million dollars.
I was Instrumental in bringing the Toyota Lean Manufacturing System to Baxter International RLDD
Facility. I participated in the Director Level Lean Training Program and brought Lean Tools to the daily
operation.
Directed I.T. Team with updating our manufacturing SCADA /POMS information system to include
i nteractive O.E.E. for production/maintenance and engineering utilization over 19 production lines
Working with production and maintenance, our engineering group has worked to insure our goal of 95%
uptime is being met while establish T.P.M. in the organization.

B MC Industries, Inc. was a leading manufacturer of precision photo chemically milled and electroplated
components serving customers in an array of diverse industries, including: automotive, electronics, medical,
appliance, defense, control, and power storage.
Responsibilities and Accomplishments: M icro-Technology Division –
Directed regional and international corporate multimillion dollar CASR – Capital Acquisition
Spending request program. Included international t ravel for project assessment, contract negotiations
and project commission tasks.
My duties included working with customers and corporate engineering to lead projects in all areas.
Major initiatives included:
o Developed a Titanium Photo Chemical Etching department to manufacture components for the
hydrogen powered fuel cells for General Motors
o Directed clean room installations which included investments in glass processing for the Fiber
Optics industry and internet grid.
o Multi-layer / Multi – metal chemical etching lines for advanced chip manufacturing used in the
M icrosoft Sync product for Ford Motor.
o Developed industry changing 3-D etching capabilities for medical stent products and industrial use.
I ncluded post processing systems with visual computer inspection, component singulation / forming /
welding stations. The products developed include the Swifter, dusting / paper products throughout
t he consumer market.

For over 30 years Lumonics GSI designed, manufactured and sold laser solutions for the Medical Device,
Aerospace, Automotive, Electronics and Semiconductor industries.
R esponsibilities and Accomplishments:
I directed and managed the custom systems department with multiple teams concurrently. With over
85 personnel in all aspects of complex laser manufacturing systems, my project management
responsibility included the sales and quote process to fabrication and installation - values from $200K
to $1.9M.
This included international travel to sites for project assessment, contract negotiations, installation
and project commission with customers such as Medtronic, Guidant, Boston Scientific, Honeywell,
Northrop Grumman and the United States Department of Defense Kansas City Weapons of Mass
Destruction plant.

commission.
I directed a staff merger of companywide engineering operations to improve overall operations and
customer service which included 6 research and 4 design personnel, 28 mechanical, electrical,
p roduction and 22 service personnel which included both exempt and non-exempt personnel.

This was instrumental to landing large fabrication and installation systems of structural and metal
fabrication sections of power plant water intake and coal / ash handling systems for utilities across the
U nited States.
In addition, I managed cityscape changing projects such as the 46 story Galtier Plaza, the 40 story
W TC, The 32 story Landmark and 36 story Pillsbury Towers.
Directed the overhaul of the manufacturing facility with 110 separate upgrades of equipment and
p rocess
Instituted a quality control program in accordance with AWSD1.1-83.
