Started as the A/P clerk and was advanced to Controller with in the 1st
year. Worked for the company for 11 years as full charge accountant
including all aspects including financial statements and taxes. HR Manager
including working with employees with their benefits, and tax reporting.
Manager over clerical and accounting staff. Transfered their dos
accounting package into Peachtree accounting package. Audited accounting
purchases and billing process and changed process that saved the company
over $60,000 the first year alone. Audited work procedures and made
changes that increased productivity and decreased the need to pay over
time. Full charge of inventory and depreciation calculations and entries.
Over saw that OSHA regulations were fulfilled. In-charge of accident
processing and reports. I was very dedicated and only had 1 sick day in
the 11 years I worked for this company.
