MRO Clerk Responsibilities include, but not limited to, ensuring correct

parts for maintenance are on hand in a timely manner. Responsible for

proper inventory counts for all sections of maintenance warehouse. Verify

parts room attendants are keeping correct inventory counts and issuing all

parts to correct machines. Oversee the inventory is stocked correctly.

Look up, requisition and issue parts using SAP software. Maintain

Preventive Maintenance workorders. Communicate with vendors on

Purchase Orders, parts, prices, delivery schedules and returns. Schedule

and coordinate work times and inventory cycle counts. Keep machine

manuals updated. Daily reporting on Maintenance Cost. Other duties as

Aministrative Assistant Secretary to Maintenance Manger, compile reports

for Maintenance Dept. including, but not limited to weekly water reports,

discharge reports, and monthly state reports. Track facility maintenance

issues. Assist in the maintenance inventory department with reordering

parts using SAP Software. Fill in for central receiving clerk. Physically

verify correct shipment received and input into computer software system.
