Accepted position to transform under performing branches. Primary objective
to increase revenue and profit through establishing a professional working

Director of Business Development, November 2002 through June 2006
A new position created to develop a program to expand awareness of the
company's Design Build services and its multiple divisions. Focused
primarily on geographic expansion and specific market sector penetration.
Duties and Actions:
. Increased potential buyer base and educated current customers of the
multiple services through personal calls, direct mailing, targeted ads,
trade shows and facility tours
. Built new and strengthened current business relationships with clients
and architects to procure negotiated work
. Introduced a new product, Pervious Concrete, to market by exhibiting at
trade shows, speaking to trade associations, and educating architects,
engineers, and municipalities
