supervisors. Set up daily production targets managed outgoing
truck shipments to assembly plants (JIT methodology 8 hours of
inventory from raw to assembly plant install). Addressed labor
issues along with Heath and Safety concerns. Scheduled
supervisors for needed training courses and mentored
subordinates on efficient value stream processes, contractual
obligations with workforce. Total overall production

1990 to 1994 Belair Automotive, Warren, MI
Position: Operations Manager for refurbishing of vehicle engines
ranging from 4cyl. To 8 cyl. for US make vehicles - Managed
daily operating tasks.
Responsibilities: Directed the daily activities of 6 Automotive
Technicians, Set up training programs for new technicians.
Insure customer satisfaction, along with budgeted
responsibilities and annual budget forecasting.
