A privately held, $130+ million, Caterpillar dealership that provides sales, service and rental of heavy

equipment and engines through six locations and 325 employees across Northeastern Kansas and Western

Missouri.

Manager of Information Technology (2003-Present)

Lead IT Department operational and strategic planning initiatives across all locations. Design, deploy and

maintain efficient systems and infrastructure in support of business operations and customer service goals/needs.

Manage four direct reports within network operations, Help Desk, applications administration and deployment,

database development and telecommunications. Manage $1.8 million department budget.

• Introduced and implemented new policies, processes and procedures for IT operations; standardized
