Customize and coordinate each individual’s workout as an 8 week program. Includes initial assessment of health and goals,
customized workouts according to fitness levels; client ages ranged from 15 to 75
Focused on building and maintaining professional relationships with each client by listening and being attentive to the person’s
needs and also help him exceed his /her goals
Identified any injury a client may have and adjust their workout to ensure a safe training session
Developed a 4 phase program for chiropractic patients with lower back pain, neck stamina or hip surgery with the chiropractor
as follow up therapy; emphasis was on strengthening the stabilizing muscles and then moving on to strength training
Created a weekly boot camp consisting of 15 16 stations which touches every muscle group from cardio to core ; boot camp
changed weekly to provide variety and continued interest in the program
Incorporate s MMA in personal, group, and boot camp sessions
Client retention of 80% with several clients training for over 4 years
The wellness program is a complete package to a person’s individual health that includes chiropractic adjustments, massage,
relaxation techniques, nutritional education and personal training
