I am professional manager looking to utilize my management skills

acquired through training. I am looking for an oppurtunity to enhance a

businesses profit, sales, and performance. I have been working as a manager

in the Restaurant business for 7 years. I have obtained my State of

Illinois Food Service Sanitation License through Parkland Community

College. Throughout my 7 years of Management I have been an Assistant

Manager and a Restaurant Store Manager. I have a well understanding of how

to achieve Food Costs Goals, Profit/Sales Goals, Labor Costs Goals, and

Employee Training. I am very well organized and always displaying a high

level of professionalism towards all. I have participated in Basic Shift

Management and Advanced Shift Management classes and have graduated them

all.

Professional Experience

Assistant Manager 2008 to 2010

McDonalds Champaign,IL.

Responsible for maintaining the store level of quality and performance. In

charge of meeting Profit/Sales, Cash Over/Shortages, Labor, Food Cost,

Employee Training/Turnover, and anything else that needed to be addressed.

.Every year, Mcdonalds holds a contest called Super Saturday. The winner is

determined by which store in the US had the highest increase of Sales and

Speed of Service (based off Drive Thru, Front Counter, and Kitchen Times)

from last year. The contest runs all of June. Each week the winner is

announced for that week and also in the final week the champion is crown

for the year. The store I was in charge of not only won every week, but was

crowned the the champ.

.I am a well-organized, hardworking, and very well with people. I enrolled

and graduated the Basic Shift Management and Advanced Shift Management

classes offered by Mcdonalds.
