as the primary contact for pension, medical and life

insurance inquiries, enrollment and administration.

Perform duties involving employee communications, such as

pre-employment screening, responding to routine questions

on human resource policies and procedures. Investigates

and resolves benefit claims.

Perform a variety of routine and some non-routine

clerical/ accounting functions in accordance with

standard procedures in one or more of the following

areas: general accounting, accounts payable, accounts

receivable or related financial areas. Resolve most

questions and problems, and referred only the most

complex issues to higher levels. Work under minimal

supervision. Responsibilities include posting information

and balancing general or subsidiary ledgers. Process

payments and compiled segments of monthly closings,

outside agencies to resolve problems. Prepare invoices to

including: cash receipts, claims, and overdue invoices.

Input data from time sheets to computerized payroll

system. Reconcile and process hourly plant production

data and payroll. Maintain open A.R. and collect on

balance over 30 days.
