Meetings with Watts Constructors, Subcontractors and NAVFAC. Resolve all

E lmendorf AFT Privatization Housing project – Project value $110 million dollars.
Responsible for inspections of the renovation of 200 units of existing family housing
and the construction of 260 units of new housing. The project consisted of
constructing 13 duplex structures, including utili ties and site improvements, and
demolishing the existing 5 four-plex housing structures. The project also provided a
new children's playground shelter and equipment, an exterior playground area, and
a handicapped accessible ramp to the existing housing area's community building .
Responsibilities included updating the schedule as required by the Project Manager.
