production parts. Schedule CMM time of 3 CMMs and two labs. Train new

employees.

Demmer Corp.-Quality, 8/10-12/10

CMM programmer-Brown and Sharpe with PCDMIS software, R & D of

new Boeing job, came up with a production cmm quality system to check

mold tools.

Moeller Aerospace-Quality, 08/09-8/10

CMM programmer/gage calibration-Brown and Sharpe with PCDMIS

software, Romer Arm, LK with Camio software and program manual Numerex

CMM. Use CMMs to calibrate production gages. Use Solidworks to

determine gauging information. Perform FAI on new parts. Hard checks of

multiple parts and issue first piece tags.

Extruded Aluminum-Engineering, summer of 06 and 07.

Draw blue prints of two dimensional extrusion profiles using

Autocad. Quote customers on tooling costs. Help determine manufacturing

process. Program two dimensional CMM (DMIS files) to insure critical

dimensions are within tolerance.
