Senior Executive and Marketing Leader: Proven senior-level Executive

Selected Achievements and Skills
As President and CEO of Humphrey Engineering, (1997-2006): Started the
company in the basement of a home with a $30,000 investment. Grew company
from a start up to $800,000 gross revenue in 5 years. Obtained 23 % market
share in highly competitive market. Developed sales reporting process that
consistently measures monthly sales against seasonally adjusted goals.
This reporting process was used to forecast future sales, work in progress
and scheduling. Standardized contracts, plans and development processes.
Defined work flow processes, changed contracts, produced greater profits
and reduced losses. Reorganized companies operational strategy, which
doubled the gross revenues in the following two years.
As President of Market Strategies (2007-2009): Formulated Action Plans and
Round Table Solutions. Though a visioning process identified key
professionals involved in the building and developing process. Created a
network that resulted in the formation of "Action Plans" and "Round Table
Team Solutions". Agreements were created for round table team members.
Action Plans led to the creation of Site Specific Studies which accounted
for 50% of the gross revenues in 2008.
