Due to a companywide reduction of force at Endwave, (see below), I was a CSR Training Instructor. My
responsibilities were to train new hires to work in the Emergency Communications Center. The position
consisted of preparing newly hired personnel to take incoming emergency and non-emergency related
calls from the customer base and dispatching the information to the appropriate field personnel.
Additional responsibility to educate and train employees per Corporate Guidelines and to make the
decision to graduate the trainee and deem qualified to take any incoming request. Provided input for
