Duties: Perform Quality System evaluations on installation and maintenance
of Meridian-1 PBX's, Option 11 thru Option 81c, CS1K including the
verification of AC power and grounding by measuring voltage in the AC
service panel and equipment frames. Evaluated DC Power plant, DC
rectifiers installation, Operation and Maintenance. Reviewed system
operation and system software system patches and diagnostics. Provided
training to Distributor Installation and Maintenance personnel. Report
writing with recommendations for corrective actions. Worked with critical
customers that included open tickets, formal and executive complaints.
Provided technical input to the responsible organizations regarding product

Duties: Diagnosed and performed corrective and preventative maintenance on
Digital Multiplex Switch ( DMS 250 ). Testing and troubleshooting of the
entire DMS 250 CO equipment in the Nortel Lab. Scope of troubleshooting was
testing ENET cabinets, DPCC cabinets, IOC's and SCC switches. Booting the
switch to the load, allocating the DDU disks. Monitored Alarms and cleared
alarms. Also ran diagnostic testing on the core, network, peripheral
equipment and as well span testing. Worked on the DSX frame wire wrapping
and reading specs as needed. Worked Installation of lab, install cable
rack, set equipment frames, install power cables. Diagnosed installation,
connection problems and performed Daily images. Ensured customer

Which Provided ( QSE ) Quality System Evaluations for Nortel Meridian 1
equipment ( PBX ). Provided power quality analysis and consultant for
flood, fire, electrical and lightning damaged systems inspections. Provided
( QSE ) Quality System Evaluations. Verified Logic Return conductors were
installed between the common ground bus in the rectifier control and
distribution panel to the Logic Return terminal of each power distribution
unit. Verified the battery cells are floated at the manufacturer's

found on site with written recommendations for corrective actions. As
