enhance communication throughout the chain-of-command. Led weekly meetings for 65

members and drafted reports to senior management identifying weaknesses.

Finance & Managed a $30,618 travel budget processing expenses and reconciling account daily –

Budget effort between two offices and several levels of management.

Control:

Projected and executed $1,029,990 operations budget, a project that involved three major

Defense Finance and Accounting Offices and a six month budget forecast.

Managed and controlled a $300,000 operational target budget. Persistent attention to

detail allowed for the recoupment of over $5,500 in misappropriated funds; while

improving the processing rate of claims, from several weeks to several dollar assets.

Provided weekly budget analysis for each account to upper-management in the form of

PowerPoint’s and Excel spreadsheets.

Additionally operated associated accounting systems and ensured compliance with

Defense Finance and Accounting Services accounting standards.

Operations Coordinated and scheduled 250 personnel daily for flights, training, and various other

& Logistics: logistical requirements while deployed to middle-east for six months.

Systems Developed Microsoft Access database to track location, issues, and training requirements

Technical &

Support: Developed and implemented two separate local area networks consisting of hardware to

support over 400 personnel, integration of cross-service security protocols, and multi-

million assets.
