. Concerto Towers: Assumed leadership of construction project in progress
involving 28-story building in face of bankruptcy, loss of previous
construction management firm, and 5-month completion deadline. Identified
and corrected design and installation deficiencies. Oversaw smoke
evacuation, stair pressurization, and fire alarm testing processes in
half of expected time. Facilitated project's receipt of TCO 2 days ahead
of schedule.
. California Institute of Technology: Participated in provision of fire
alarm system for laboratory building, resulting in completion and sign-
off by all officials in 5 weeks.
. Bakersfield Memorial Hospital: Directed 120-bed addition to include
management of MEP installations, resulting in completion of project ahead
of schedule with return of $1.5M to owner.
. Fresno Federal Courthouse: Supervised more than 50 electricians in
