Contract 1 Duties:
. Scanned images of Public Water Station (PWS) compliance documents and
schematics,
and uploaded images to U.S. EPA's internet-based database
. Data entry of water sampling results data
. Printed letters via merging form letters with mailing lists provided to
our office in a Microsoft Excel
spreadsheet, and assisted in assembling mass mailings sent to PWS's
according to U.S. EPA schedules
. Saved archival copies of electronically submitted PWS compliance
documents and
schematics and uploaded to U.S. EPA's database.
. Reviewed laboratory certificates for E Coli testing to ensure they met
all EPA criteria prior to
approving in database for PWS's to use the laboratories in their
