Assumed responsibility for the turnaround of the largest injection molding

facility ($36MM) located in Utica, MI, resulting in an immediate positive

impact. Established a vision of success, empowered the management team and

involved the manufacturing floor in improvement activities. Facility was

recognized as the "Most Improved Facility" for 2007.

In June of 2007, assumed responsibility for a second facility - a one year
