Management Organization (PMO) of more than 200 IT personnel supporting 5
hospitals and over 100 regional clinics for Henry Ford Health Systems.
Core responsibility for the client's $75 million infrastructure budget and
delivery of services to the health system. Ownership of a large PMO of
over 30 people supporting creation of a new Electronic Medical Records
(EMR) system, building of a new hospital, transition of acquired
hospitals, enterprise VoIP conversion, enterprise wireless solution, as
well as many other large application development projects. Shared
responsibility for budgets and billing as well as expansion of services
for managed services organization.
