Vehicle Interior systems in the
Injection molding department, specifying machinery type and
sizes to mold the specified products. Build the tooling and
making the necessary changes before running it off and turning it
over to production. Setup and Installed 3 thermoforming units to
vacumform a leather skins onto a door substrate panels, doing the
necessary mold work to make them production worthy before turning
over to production. Thermoforming the instrument panel using
vacumforming methods and performing the correct tool
modifications to produce an acceptable part.
o Responsible for all sourcing of outside contracting, engineering
and machinery installation.
