vacumform a leather skins onto a door substrate panels, doing the

necessary mold work to make them production worthy before turning

over to production. Thermoforming the instrument panel using

vacumforming methods and performing the correct tool

modifications to produce an acceptable part.

o Responsible for all sourcing of outside contracting, engineering

and machinery installation.

o Established process of all new molds and materials, Working with

tooling vendors on all new
